Snake Traders, LLC guarantees the reptile to arrive alive and healthy provided you:
• Pick up the reptile within 4 hours of flight arrival and if the temps are above 40 degrees farinheight.
• Once received, personally sign for the reptile.
• Be able to pick up the reptile on the first delivery attempt.
• If you are unhappy with the reptiles’ condition you are required to notify us within 48 hours post
flight arrival.
• Please inspect your snake thoroughly.
• Proof of DOA is required.
Snake Traders will not be responsible for a reptile's condition in the event that:
• Shipment has been delayed, or lost by the airline carrier.
• Shipment has been delayed, or lost by the ground delivery service employed.
• Deliveries are left by the door. Reptiles not picked up within the 4 hour window as described above.
• Snake Traders will refund your money if you have followed the Live Guarantee conditions listed above.
• Be sure when selecting your snake that you are happy with the selection prior to making payment.
